Daily Duties at Lg Ericsson:

• As a self-propelled editor working from home, I received documents (user guides, technical manuals, presentations, and speeches) from R&D or marketing in Seoul, and would edit/rewrite them (MS Word) so anyone in our global marketplace could understand. • Manuals and user guides were utilized in selling, installing, configuring, administering, and using any of the LG (now LG-Ericsson) enterprise wireless, optical, and wireline end-to-end business solution products for any-sized business. • Documentation focus was on function, not design, as many of the manual end-users were IT professionals, and translated documents from English to native language by global distributors depending on customer location. • Knowledge of the product having previously worked for the North American distributor of LG’s Enterprise Business Solution division (Vodavi Comm.).
