Started my insurance career with the Hartford as a marketing/underwriting trainee. Promoted to marketing rep. position in the Charlotte, NC regional office. Then promoted to assistant marketing manager of the Charlotte, NC (states of NC & SC) regional office. Promoted to marketing manager of the Charlotte, NC regional office. Promoted to position of Southern Division Marketing Director in Hartfords home office in Hartford, CT. After three years in this position moved to Baltimore, MD regional office and held management positions as marketing manager, select customer(small commercial accounts) underwriting manager and CBU (commercial business unit) manager.
