Daily Duties at Selective Insurance Group:

Managed the PA office from all aspects including, underwriting, sales, loss control, claims, audit and policy services. Build strong relationships with our top producing independent agencies and prospect for new agencies that would meet our appointment standards. Had seven direct reports and a 85 indirect reports. Total book of business was $300 million and worked with an annual budget of roughly $6.5 million per year. Prior to working in the PA office I was the field operations manager in the Hunt Valley, MD office from 7/96 to 2/99.
