Managed the small commercial accounts sales staff, covering the territories of the state of Virginia, DC metro area and part of the state of Maryland that surrounds the DC metro area. Had a sales staff of eight persons and a managed a total book of business of $175 million in commercial written premium. Responsislbe for meeting new business goals and helping to manage the renewal retention of the current book. Differentiate the Hartford from other insurance companies offering similar products.
