Worked from home based office in El Dorado Hills, CA. I was responsible for Business development, sales & marketing leadership, strategic planning, operations & expense budget; Recruitment, hiring, training, mentoring, personnel evaluation, and salary administration of 9 subordinate Territory Sales Managers for a territory worth $12M. Sold product to a direct retail customer base and distributors covering 15 Western states. (Western states. I travelled with Territory Sales Managers coaching them and pointing out new retail sites that had not been previously visited. Leading by example I pushed many of them to make cold calls by prospecting with them and leading by example.
