Actively identified and recruited VARs into program. •Created, organized and affected ECM/RMS skills transfer through channel training for VAR salespeople. •Educated and motivated Smead's external sales force on using analytics and process driven software sales. •Identified major projects with channel partners and collaborated with commercial and government entities to implement RMS solutions.
