Daily Duties at Smead Software:
•Utilizing Business Process Management (BPM) combined with traditional solution sales techniques helped partners create an implementation/acquisition plan to address Enterprise Content Management/Records Management Solution (ECM/RMS) for their prospects. •Key team member in the adoption, implementation, rollout & training of SalesForce.com CRM package. •Architected the plan for cross implementation of CRM with support, sales and marketing. •Brand Champion and key presenter for the software group. Actively identified and recruited VARs into program. •Created, organized and affected ECM/RMS skills transfer through channel training for VAR salespeople. •Educated and motivated Smead's external sales force on using analytics and process driven software sales. •Identified major projects with channel partners and collaborated with commercial and government entities to implement RMS solutions.
