Daily Duties at Langley Recreational Center:

My duties included answering multi-line telephone, typing; ensure compliance of applicable regulations on files maintenance, storage, update, and disposal. I planned regularly scheduled official functions, meetings, and conferences. Coordinated with appropriate personnel for execution of events and ensured events complied with protocol etiquette. Also responsible for day to day summer program for 45 youth age 8-14, maintained confidential files on youth enrolled in the program and staff, met with parents and guardians of enrolled children on an as needed basis, provided customer service to other affiliated organizations seeking information on the summer program and maintained records of all inquiries and provided the Director with updates of upcoming events for the program and brief her on issues involving the program.
