My duties included answering multi-line telephones; filing, light typing; maintaining accurate and legible records; provide professional and courteous interaction with all contacts including members and employees. Write and Prepare Reports, Documents, and Spreadsheets. Prepare and Send Correspondence. Ensure compliance of applicable regulations on files maintenance, storage, update, and disposal. I planned regularly scheduled official functions, meetings, and conferences. Coordinated with appropriate personnel for execution of events and ensured events complied with protocol etiquette.
