Conceived and launched 12+ shows and special events for large community, publicizing facility functions among residents and surrounding community through Las Vegas media, often attracting sellout crowds. Managed 20 paid and volunteer staffers. Wrote and edited articles for special events segment of monthly newsletter. • Resolved resident complaints in compliance with Association guidelines. • Preserved the high quality of staged theatrical performances by penning guidelines for talent bookings, contractual requirements, negotiations and show promotion. • Stimulated ticket sales by 34%, exceeding previous box office receipts. • Negotiated sponsorships to reduce facility production costs. • Marketed internally all shows, managing the box office and house seating for all performances. • Created and wrote the procedure and guidelines manual as the first in this role.
