Daily Duties at Schalmo Builders, Inc.:
Facilitate a client-focused, service-oriented environment vital to achieving superior levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals Deliver accurate project estimates, administer budgets, develop schedules and work plans, obtain all necessary permits and permissions, generate RFIs and RFPs, and implement change orders / scope changes Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers on design, specifications, and code compliance; liaise between clients and workers to confirm adherence to plans Institute quality assurance, cost control, and inventory management strategies; steer material acquisition efforts and cultivate key vendor relationships Meet project deadlines, maintain budget guidelines, and exceed inspections standards; demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Ensure compliance with all OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations; provide a safe and secure worksite at all times
