Daily Duties at Citicorp/Associates Financial Services:

Oversaw all branch field operations for five different locations as well as a real estate development center involved in loan originations and collections. Trained loan officers, processors and collectors in all phases of appropriate techniques that were monitored by various Federal regulations. Well versed in all RESPA and consumer protection lending laws. Interfaced with upper management via reporting of all business activities, including annual business planning, budget review, profit/loss and delinquency control. Credit risk review and approval of all loan applications. Counseled customers on loan modification work out programs including working with title companies and attorneys where there was foreclosure potential. Attended 341 bankruptcy hearings where I represented the company for asset protection and recovery solutions. Served as the branch representative with the local Chamber of Commerce in two different states. Held Notary Public responsibility for all branch legal documents. Managed $250MM real estate collection portfolio. Worked with multiple legal firms nationally to initiate foreclosure action when required.
