Mortgage Underwriter for Conventional, FHA and VA loans. Risk analysis of credit reports, appraisal and title reports. Liaison with Closing Coordinators and processing staff for clearing loan conditions and ensuring timely loan closings. Daily contact with FHA and VA for policy clarifications to ensure preparation of investor quality ready loan delivery.
