Managed three different field operations and served as a Team Leader for Area Operating Center. Responsible for the interviewing, hiring and training of operations staff in fulfillment duties of mortgage processing and underwriting for Conventional, FHA and VA loans for purchase and refinance transactions. Transition Coach for Imaging and new paperless system. Participated in daily management meetings to implement new policies/changes intended to improve operations. Responsible for customer privacy protection in securing critical financial information. Mortgage underwriting and credit risk analysis.
