Once agreed upon, I controlled construction bids, equipment and all vendors needed for project. Hired store management team and all staff. Coordinated training with corporate entitiy to open the store. Once open, I was accountable for all daily operations and financials. Developed both opening and operations budgets for owners to approve. Met with owners weekly
