Daily Duties at Frost Net Publishing:

• Managed the day-to-day operations of the Sales department • Managed staff of 9, overseeing budgeting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and direct mailing for the Sales department • Provided assistance to CEO with schedule, meetings, and any other Executive assistance • Coordinated the shipping / receiving and inquiring of purchase orders for vendors / publications • Was responsible for the hiring of Sales Consultants, which consist of cross-functional training • Developed and managed marketing segment of Intranet website: http://www.frostnetpublishing.com • Managed all direct mail purchase orders for vendors / publications strategically, achieving high profits through low costs, successful managing, advertising • Created and organized a new filing system which increased efficiency in the way files were managed,and upheld intellectual property standards
