Daily Duties at Westroc:
Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of 110 employees in 4 counties for 2 aggregate facilities producing up to 1.5 million tons annually and 7 ready mix facilities producing 300,000+ yards of ready mix concrete annually. Accountable for profit and loss, capital expenditures, sales, human resources, labor relations, environmental affairs, aggregate and ready mix fleet maintenance, AP, AR and collections.
