Daily Duties at Aggregate Industries:
Additionally, served as plant manager for 750,000-tpy facility. Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of 5 sand and gravel operations producing 4 million tons annually. Accountable for the direct supervision of a staff of 4 plant managers, 5 supervisors, and maintenance group of 3. Responsible for all phases of operations management, including production, budgeting, profit and loss, capital expenditures, environmental affairs, quality control, safety, and labor relations (union and non-union).
