Daily Duties at Vision Quest:

Major responsibility is to provide therapy for at risk youths Accountable for safety and welfare of all youths within the program Develop and design program treatment plans and coordinate and manage aftercare with the court and probation officers Conduct meetings with youth and staff for individual sessions, facilitate clinical process and psycho-educational groups, implement multi-disciplinary reviews, participate in team treatment, deal with behavioral issues, work with equine assisted therapy and outdoor programming and respond to crisis situations Develop centering treatment plans, and compile discharge reports Manage and implement center of attention and suicide prevention plans
