Daily Duties at Mortgage:
Managed Call Center Staff of up to 15 employees. Oversaw all personnel issues, including recruiting, training, and employee development. Coached and developed staff on organization and individual goals and areas for improvement. Listened and coached on quality of calls, processed monthly calibrations, and had staff listen to the call to make future changes. Processed and completed monthly incentives for staff by preparing numbers for Q&A, call volume, and qualitative. Trained all new hires. Met with staff monthly to improve quality of the call and gave positive feed back to handle difficult customers.
