Daily Duties at Pharmaceutical:
Managed a call center of 150 employees oversaw recruiting, training, evaluations, absence tracking, discipline, and terminations. Coached and developed staff on organizations, individual goals and area of improvements. Developed Q&A call volume and qualitative call system procedures and significantly increased level of customer service. Handled escalated calls when necessary and resolved client/member issues and concerns. Problem solver with employees and upper management. Handled budgeting for the call center and assured upper management of progress. Tracked and handled monthly meeting with supervisors to assure positive feedback and positive reinforcement was provided to the staff. Coached and guided supervisors in employee situations and handled employee conflicts and guided supervisors for the correct actions. Handled monthly meeting with Health Plans to solve or to get feed back on the enrollments.
