Direct overall operations of IT services Company comprised of 15 employees. Concept to execution driver of programs to achieve operational efficiency goals, realignment initiatives, productivity improvement and cost reduction programs that have resulted in improved resource efficiency and overall operational quality; leading to increased profits and customer satisfaction. Functional areas of responsibility include strategic planning, human resources, business development, marketing, sales management, procurement/supply chain management and finance.
