Daily Duties at Sbc/At&T:
Increase customer base by proactively identifying new leads, acquiring new accounts, and launching new products through strong written and verbal communicational skills. Through strong product knowledge, maximize sales opportunities through customer interaction, and accurately matching and effectively presenting products to meet customer needs. Deliver presentations and accurate information on a wide range of products. Build customer relationships by capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities. Ensure each customer receives the highest standards for service, resulting in high satisfaction and retention rates, and investigate and resolve various issues identifying root causes to develop effective solutions that generate strong customer satisfaction levels.
