Daily Duties at Harris N.A.:

Worked with attorneys, paralegals, mortgage brokers, banks, loan officers, processors and building constrution contractors to deliver accurate and complete service. Set up new construction escrow accounts with lenders, processed final disbursements and administered ongoing and final payout processes. Prepared closing statement and all related documents/reports; balanced daily receipts.Accountable for all phases of loan generation including, structuring, analysis, documentation, underwriting and closings. Hands-on involvement with all departments in building customer relationships, generating referrals and capitalizing on opportunities to add account value to cross-selling. Built relationships, gathered/researched client information and maintained due diligence. Collected, verified and entered application data such as income and employmnet history; inspected for accuracy; investigated questionable data; and delivered to loan officer for closing. Balanced construction spreadsheets, collected lien waivers and monitored paid-out funds. Processed domestic and foreign wire transfers; opened and closed small business accounts and processed customer investments such as t-Bills and CDs.
