Daily Duties at Adp :

My responsibilities included selling our Time and Labor Management solutions to both current clients and new prospects in our National Accounts Organization (companies with greater than 1,000 employees). Sometimes this meant working just with my TLM team mates. At other times a wide variety of additional personnel were involved on the sales team as well, depending upon the solution we were presenting to fit the needs of the organization with which we were working. I was responsible for deciding which of our solution best fit the prospect's requirements and then presenting that solution to them. My responsibilities also included preparing the proposal, presenting it and then closing the opportunity.
