Daily Duties at Cadence Innovation:
Exercised a wide-range of human resource responsibilities. Areas of responsibility include payroll, garnishment, friend of the court deductions, FMLA, benefits administration, employment verification, terminations, COBRA and safety and prevention of recordable injuries. Engaged in a plant closing, counseling and successfully transitioning employees to other locations. Participated in union negotiations engaged in avoiding a lawsuit, gained valuable experience and insight into labor activities.
