Daily Duties at Hsbc:

Senior Project Manager/System Integration Lead, Data Conversion for the consolidation of multiple servicing system platforms into one. Led the data integration and mapping portion of the project. Created and maintained communication to stakeholders, development and implementation of project plan, business requirements and scope documents. Senior Project Manager – Records Administration Reported directly to the SVP of Records Administration. Managed a team of 8 individuals, that included 5 MIS/Business Analysts, 2 Business Process Managers and 1 Project Manager. Responsible for the overall reporting, maintenance, database development, capacity analysis, IT projects and budgeting within Records Administration. Served as BISO (Business Information Security Officer) working directly with the Business Information Security Group to maintain and validate profiles along with system access. Established an internal monthly process/procedure review, allowing for the mitigation of potential negative Audit Findings. Developed and maintained annual and quarterly departmental budget plans, capacity and run rate models. Through monthly variance reporting identified risks, opportunities and trends within the Plan to mitigate exposure or increase savings. Increased automated functions within the department by 75%. Managed strategic projects with Technology Services or 3rd party vendors. These included: Global Resourcing - the transfer of multiple functions to offshore locations, Loan Sale/Securitization Activities and Employee Engagement.
