Daily Duties at Ameritech:

Supported the Consumer Sales Organization in the attainment of its annual revenue objective of $5.4 billion. Led team of ten staff members who were responsible for all elements of sales results tracking and reporting, objective setting and sales forecasting, sales incentive and recognition programs and strategies in support of revenue objectives for fifteen call centers across a five state Ameritech region.
