Daily Duties at Western Union:
Direct Call Center Management team of twenty six in support of Western Unions five internal call centers and twenty nine outsource vendor sites. This includes Real time call Management, budgeting, scheduling and forecasting, capacity planning for approximately 3,200 Customer Service Representatives and 42 million calls per year.
