Daily Duties at Tiaa Cref:

Human Resources Business Partner for Shared Services Executives in the Technology and Operations areas. Deliver high-impact HR leadership and strategic direction to the business leaders in the organization. Demonstrate a forward-thinking mindset and an “act vs. react” attitude, quickly switching gears to adapt and lead through a rapidly changing environment. Direct the talent and performance management programs for mid-year and year end calibration. Facilitate career development initiatives, employee assistance projects, and annual HR processes such as succession planning, culture survey, 360 feedback/cross evaluation, compensation/market pricing, talent acquisition, training, and staff development. Manage salary planning initiatives, analyze job descriptions, and implement employee retention plans. Recommend employee disciplinary actions, investigate grievances, and define best practices. Ensure full compliance to all relevant laws and regulations.
