• Oversaw daily office functions and supplies for Electrical Engineering & Design firm. • Assistant to the Principle/Owner of Small company • Responsibilities included Administrative functions, Phone Management, Liaison with client project managers • Travel/Accommodation Arrangements for Principle and other Engineers • Accounts Receivables and Payables, Invoicing, • Contractor/Employee Hour Management, • Payroll Reporting, Managed Job Log, Hour Log, Invoice Status Sheet, A/R Logs, Job Cost Tracking, • Library/Available Software Management • Responsible for backups of Jobs/Folders, Administration Folders, Accounts Payables Program.
