Daily Duties at Fifth Third Bank:

I was charged with prospecting and processing new mortgage applicants. This involved a lot of cold calling on prospects as well as spheres of influence. I met face-to-face with applicants and helped qualify them and advise them of various mortgage program options. I completed their loan application and coordinated the gathering of necessary docs and info for formal application to underwriting. I worked with underwriting to facilitate their processing and approval process. I attended and participated in loan 'closings'. I maintained contact with customers to assure satisfaction and generate personal referrals.
