Daily Duties at Navy Information Operations Command:

Provided network and administration support for 1500 users, 500 workstations, 6 servers, and 3 networks, including daily backups; network virus inoculation strategies; file/print/terminal server and workstation performance monitoring , repair, and configuration; and troubleshooting connectivity issues for local and remote networks. Successfully maintained technical communications of routers/switches and managed helpdesk. Troubleshot and resolved a broad range of connectivity issues for local and remote networks. Tracked and monitored technical communications of routers/switches and managed helpdesk. Steered the integration and application of the Defense Property Accountability System for command wide inventory control of $2.3 million in assets.
