•Liaison for various products’s including credit cards, stock confirmations, Aspire, Allied Waste, 401K and IRA’S •Facilitated training for upgrades on procedures and software •Delegated duties to team members •Managed the internal functions of the third shift which consisted of Smart Mail, Document Integrity, and Quality Sampling •Handled software, mechanical and collaborative duties •Managed a staff of 6 team members •Worked intricately with the operational manager for 3rd shift to meet deadlines •Facilitated reports that were documentation of sampling that ensured good quality
