Daily Duties at Active Day Inc.:

•Manage a staff of 22 employees of 2 departments and ensure care of 114 clients •Facilitates in-services for staff to ensure their capability of performing specific duties •Performs all Human Resources duties as they pertain to perspective and current employees •Assumes responsibility of Center Director’s duties in their absence •Assists the Center Director with the process of determining staffing needs, recruitment, marketing, and hiring •Participates in the internal sales process while maintaining an effective role of programming so that there is a high level of client satisfaction •Supervises transportation operations to ensure an average of 100 clients are transported safely to and from the center 7 days a week •Maintains a healthy business relationship between Social Workers, Service coordinators, and care providers •Performs ongoing assessments of each client’s ability and interest as it relates to programming activities •Participates in the ongoing care plans and processes for each client •Plans, schedules, and organizes the monthly programming and activities calendar •Incorporates community events, special guest, interest groups and field trips into monthly calendar as appropriate •Coordinates the production of daily newsletter •Assists Center Director with establishing and maintaining a budget •Performs all duties assigned by Center Director in accordance with company policy as well as HIPPA regulations •Maintain all Food Service policies, operations, procedures per state regulations
