Reviewed claim files to determine current status. Confirmed closed files and closed reserves accordingly. Resumed investigations on open claim files adjusted reserves according to outcome. Duties included evaluation, disposition and settlement through effective negotiation of moderate to severe complex claims with moderate to no supervision. Other responsibilities included reviewing claim exposure and liaising with all parties involved in the claim process.
