Daily Duties at Simons & Woodard Inc.:
Directed the property management services department for 865,000 s.f. portfolio of office and retail buildings consisting of 14 properties. Supervised the management team consisting of 5 employees and 15 vendors. Responsibilities included monthly/quarterly financial reporting w/variance reports, annual budgets, coordination of tenant improvement projects and special events, CC&R management, daily operations, property inspections as well as the development of an excellent tenant and client relations program.
