Daily Duties at Polo Ralph Lauren:

Main responsibilities: Managed and directed fast paced branded retail store with staffing of up to sixty (60) associates and annual sales volume of $6M. Increased metrics of business by increasing our annual volume to exceed previous year ($5M to $6M.) Employed leadership of merchandising, visual directives and execution for primary store and western region. Significantly increased operational excellence through training, coaching and counseling as well as identified opportunities to create exceptional customer experience and growth and foster the business to increase comprehensive benchmarks.
