Daily Duties at City Of Laramie:
Researched, analyzed, and prepared demographic and other reports to be published in support of the Comprehensive Planning Process; presented reports concerning citizen applications to the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment. Accepted, reviewed, and processed planning applications and advised City Council and Planning Commission regarding current planning projects. -Supervised interns and clerical staff and responded to public requests and inquiries regarding zoning, setbacks, rights-of-way, and other planning issues. -Served as the Acting Planning Manager and executed all required duties for a six-month period; reviewed development applications, wrote staff reports, facilitated and reported to the Planning Commission and Variance Board of Adjustment.
