Oversee all facets of payroll, compensation and benefits for an 1800-employee organization. Work closely with employees to guide them in selecting appropriate benefits and ensuring accurate processing of enrollments, changes and payroll. Analyze and recommend modifications of salary and benefit structures to remain competitive.
