Daily Duties at Independent Financial Marketing Group:
This included the daily management of the insurance operations which processed over 50,000 transactions per year. In 2007 total sales included $2 billion in annuity and 100 million in life insurance premium. Key account management for all insurance relationships. Overall management of 80 employees which included the annual reviews, approval of performance goals, management of the company annual bonus. Negotiation of the General Agents Contract with 50 insurance carriers and mutual fund companies.
