Cold Calling: Implemented aggressive sales efforts making between 100 and 150 cold calls per day with CPAs, banks, real estate agencies, wealth management advisors, and consumer credit companies to generate new leads and establish referral sources. Used customer relationship management software to plan sales call activity. • Sales Strategy: Generated annual sales growth by using "outside the box" selling strategies and a consultative sales approach to differentiate the company in a highly competitive market. • Sales Rankings: Ranked among top 3 sales producers every year based on overall performance and annual sales volume and revenue generation. • Revenue Production: Achieved a 39% increase in number of loans and 14% increase in revenue during 2008 versus 2007 despite one of the worst real estate markets in 20 years. Generated $18 million in volume during 2005 and increased to approximately $21 million in volume for 2006.
