Daily Duties at Citation Health Care Computer Systems:

· Trained over 300 Clients on the use of Citation Computer System's NuCaMs Clinical and Financial Systems for in-patient use. · Provided Train-the-Trainer Training to Key Users on how to do clinical and financial documentation for Hospitals, Group Practices and Individual Physician Offices. · Trained over 100 IT System Engineers on how to set-up system integration between Citation's Products to other systems utilizing HL7 messages. · Responsible for the NuCaMs Users Groups throughout the United States for two years. · Trained over 150 Citation Computer Systems Staff Members on NuCaMs, C-COM and Radiology Systems for them to be able to provide high quality customer service. · Prepared the training courses for all Citation Computer System's Staff Members regarding customer support for our Radiology Systems, C-COM, and NuCaMs through the use of Instructor-Led Training, Video, and Self-Paced Training.
