· Provided customer training on the Return on Investment (ROI) Process and the desired results to secure a new system for a Physician Office, Group Practice or Healthcare Delivery Network (IDN). · Conducted ROI Studies and arranged financing for prospective clients as part of the consultative sales process. · Established a six-person department known as the ROI Task Force Group to increase the sales and closure rate. · Provided detailed sales presentations of LastWord and Clinical Management System to potential clients while demonstrating strategic partner software PICIS Care Suite. · Trained Key Buying Decision Makers on how to use IDX's Practice Management System, and IDX's LastWord Clinical and Financial System.
