Daily Duties at Kaplan College:

· Demonstrated and taught patient care in classroom to Medical Assistant students. · Instructed students in the principles and application of physical, biological and psychological subjects related to medical assisting. · Lectured to students, conducted and supervised clinical laboratory work. · Responsible for maintaining the supplies for all Clinical Instructors in the Pharmacy Technician, and Medical Assistant Training Programs. · Supervised and managed the Laboratory Teaching Assistants for the medical assistant program. · Evaluated student progress, determined grades, and issued reports on a timely basis to the Director of Education. · Participated in the planning of curriculum, teaching schedules and course outlines. · Cooperated with medical and nursing personnel in evaluating and improving teaching and the Medical Assistant Student learning experience. · Received the Crystal Apple Award for the quality of teaching provided January 2007.
