· Executed daily operations of Immediate Care and Family Medicine Clinic. · Developed and implemented organizational policies and procedures for the front office area, back office area, laboratory and radiology departments. · Conducted and administered fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, and coordinating financial reporting. · Directed and conducted recruitment, hiring and training of all personnel. · Conducted in-service training sessions and testing as required by OSHA to staff members. · Supervised and managed our billing services companies which led to timely reimbursements and reduced our accounts by $300,000 over 120 days average claim paid by 36 days utilizing electronic claim submission and electronic remittance. · Implemented and maintained computerized record management systems to store and process data for each patient which included the front office, back office, laboratory, radiology and billing. · Served as accounts payable for Dr. Arian, including tracking expenses, reconciling bank account balances, preparing and approving payments and checks. · Restructured and improved care delivery by implementing electronic prescriptions and patient education tools resulting increased revenues from Medicare. · Responded to written and telephone requests for patients within 48 hours of receipt based upon priority. · Monitored the use of services, and medical equipment and supplies provided to increase client billing was accurate and timely. · Implemented a review of all advertising, listings, and competitors while maintaining our marketing strategy to increase revenue which resulted in major changes that resulted in positive cash flow for the first quarter of 2010 with a 49.4% growth rate. · Responsible for all clinical services which were outside the scope of practice for the Medical Assistants.
