Built and developed high-performance team of Corporate Account Executives selling wireless voice and data offerings to Fortune 500 clients across Southern California market. Hired, mentored, and directed sales production of 8 corporate account executives in new account acquisition, existing account development / management, and client retention. Mastered and applied superb knowledge of emerging telecommunications technologies to galvanize interest in company's state-of-the-art wireless data solutions; educated clients in carrier's unique business continuity technologies specifically calibrated to ensure uninterrupted communications in the event of an emergency. Led by example in coaching and achieving exemplary levels of commitment and sales performance in team members; welcomed feedback and recognized individual and collective achievement. Liaised effectively with vendors of handsets and 3rd-party applications to optimize provision of first-class customer sales support. Closely reviewed workflow to create recommendations for improved inter-departmental efficiencies; prepared and delivered quarterly operational reviews.
