Compiled and analyzed reporting of financial information of the multiple partnerships of Falcon Homes, Inc. Reporting of the consolidated Company reports were consistent with the requirements of SEC reporting for publicly held companies due to certain debt obligations. Maintained the General Ledgers, Accounts Payable and Job Cost Ledgers of multiple partnerships as Project Accountant. Developed spreadsheet analysis reports including specialized Hard Cost Reports, Inventory Analysis and Budget Variance Reports.
