Directed the planning and staffing to move the accounting functions from California to Colorado for this $150 million multifamily developer with closings in excess of 700. Scope of responsibilities were diverse and very hands on including the development of standard policies and procedures, monthly reporting, cash flow projections, budgeting and cash management. Managed a staff of five.
