Daily Duties at Richmond American Homes:
Responsible for Denver homebuilding operations with sales revenue in excess of $300 million and 800 closings. Functioned as the Division’s Asset Manager by preparing pro formas for new projects, reviewing AMC packages, participating in backlog management and recommending activities that maximize returns on invested capital. Managed monthly financial reporting, strategic business planning and preparation of senior management packages for review. Worked closely with other departments to collectively achieve goals of the division.
