Daily Duties at Symrise Inc.:

Directed staffing process for direct hire, temporary, and intern employees for seven North American locations, from requisition through on-boarding. Sourced, pre-screened, and interviewed candidates for all positions within North American region and made hiring recommendations to managers. Developed offers by examining internal equity across job category and external market value, while working within Symrise compensation grades. Negotiated sign-on bonuses, vacation and other discretionary benefits. Managed an average of 40 open positions at a time.
